- Every guest must check in with a valid ID and pay for hotel services at the reception upon arrival.
- Accommodation is charged per full day, from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day. Staying past 12:00 PM will be charged as an additional day.

- Day-use rooms are available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Valuables and money can be stored in the in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for any losses if they are not stored properly.
- Pets, flammable materials, laundry washing, drying, ironing, and the use of stoves in hotel rooms are not allowed.
- Guests must compensate for any damage to property, installations, or furniture, or for missing items from the room before checking out.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
- Any technical issues, malfunctions, or damages should be reported to the reception.
- The parking area in front of the hotel is reserved for hotel guests and requires an additional fee.
- Meals are served buffet-style according to the schedule displayed on the restaurant card.
- Towels are changed daily or upon request, while bed linen is changed every five days.
- Guests may store their luggage in the cloakroom upon arrival and departure.
- Before leaving the room, guests must close windows, lock doors, turn off the air conditioning, TV, and other devices, and return the key card to the reception.
- Visitors who are not hotel guests are not allowed in the rooms.
